On the Submit a ticket page, you will be asked to enter your email address, name, some basic information about yourself and the course(s) you are taking, details about the problem (including your browser and version) and a few letters/numbers from a reCaptcha image.
Once you submit your ticket, you will receive an email confirmation and an SU Tech Support agent will reply to you within 24 hours.
