When you first enter your course, you can jump to the unit of your choice by clicking on any of the numbered links in the Unit links block in the right-hand sidebar on the course main page.  This will take you directly to the beginning of that unit.

Alternatively, you can go to the current unit in your course by clicking Jump to current week in the Unit links block (not available in extension courses or courses that cover the same unit over multiple weeks).
