Moodle provides every user with their own calendar.  This calendar can be viewed on your My home page.  Typically, assignment due dates and other important course information will appear on your calendar, but you can also add your own calendar events, such as study dates, meetings, or timelines for completing projects.  In this way you can use the calendar to help track your progress in a course and stay on top of your work.  To learn more about how to use the calendar, watch the how-to video on the Calendar in Moodle 102.

A Note on course calendars: Each course has its own calendar, which is visible on the course main page.  This calendar will only show events related to the specific course that you are viewing.  To view all of your calendar events together, go to your My home page.
