INSTRUCTIONS: Using the SU Tech Support Website
- To search for a Knowledge Base answer:
- Go to http://summituniversity.org/techsupport.
- Enter a search term in the search box and click Search.
- Click on a title to display the solution.
- You can search again from any page using the search box.
- To submit a new support ticket:
- Go to http://summituniversity.org/help.
- Fill out the form. Be sure to include your browser and version, operating system and other important details about the problem.
- Click Submit.
- You will receive email confirmation that your support ticket has been submitted and received. If you do not receive this email, SU Tech Support has not received your ticket.
- Once your ticket has been received, an SU Tech Support agent will respond to you within 24 hours (including weekends), unless SU Offices are closed. (See the Academic Calendar on the SU Website for a list of holidays when offices are closed).
