Most students do not need a PayPal
account in order to pay their tuition and fees.
They can pay using a Visa or , MasterCard,
American Express, or Discover debit or
credit card.
However, PayPal requires that individuals in some countries who use their payment gateway service create a PayPal account in order to complete their first transaction. PayPal then requires that all subsequent transactions using the same card or bank account be made with the PayPal account.
