SU online students may see pending payments listed on their invoices. These are unprocessed transactions that have
not yet been completed. From our
experience, pending payments are actually failed transactions and will never be
completed. However, it is a good idea to
check your email account for an email from PayPal (not Summit University)
confirming your transaction has been completed.
(You may also want to check your bank account, credit card statement,
PayPal account, etc. for to see if a transaction appears.) A good
rule of thumb is: if you have not
received an email from PayPal (you may need to wait a few minutes, as well as
check your Spam and Promotions folders), then your transaction has not been
completed. Students will not be
charged for unprocessed/uncompleted transactions.
