Academic students may be asked to fill out a form for one of their courses or programs. INSTRUCTIONS: HOW TO FILL OUT A NEW FORM IN THE SU STUDENT PORTAL (ORBUND)

  1. Login to the SU Student Portal in Orbund at http://online.summituniversity.org.  (Enter your username and password, and make sure that Student is selected for the Role; then click Login.)
  2. Click on Reference.
  3. First, check to see if the form that you have been asked to fill out is listed in this menu.  If it is, click on this link and you will be taken to the area for this specific form.  If you have not filed out this form before, this area will be empty.  Otherwise, you will see a list of previous forms that you have submitted.
  4. If you don't see your form listed in the left-hand menu, click on Forms.
  5. To start a new form, click on the appropriate form title link in the right-hand menu under Student Forms.  A new blank form will appear.
  6. Fill out this form and scroll to the bottom of the page.
  7. Recommended: Check the notification boxes listed at the bottom of the form before clicking submit.  This sends an email copy of the form to each person listed, including yourself.
  8. Click Submit Form.

 

INSTRUCTIONS: HOW TO UPDATE AN EXISTING FORM IN THE SU STUDENT PORTAL (ORBUND)

  1. To update an existing form, click on its title.
  2. Update any needed information and scroll to the bottom of the form.
  3. Recommended: Check the notification boxes listed at the bottom of the form before clicking submit.  This sends an email copy of the form to each person listed, including yourself.
  4. Click Submit Form.
