Sometimes audio clips get a little stuck in Moodle. Please try the following:
- Clear your browser cache/history.
- Close your browser.
- Restart your computer.
IIf the above steps do not fix the issue, check to see if Java is installed and up-to-date on your computer. First go to http://whatismybrowser.com to see the status of Java on your computer. If Java is not installed our out-of-date, this website will provide you with a link that will guide you through the installation or update process.
If the above suggestions do not make it possible for you to play the audio clip, then please contact SU Tech Support by opening a new support ticket.
