The amount of time that you will have access to a course depends on the type of course that you are taking:

Credit and audit students in SU Online School of Theology and Spiritual Studies courses will be able to access their courses for up to one month after the course is completed.
Extension course students will have access to their courses for 180 days, beginning on the date of purchase.
