If you cannot see the PayPal window, try the following:
- Check to see if pop-ups are enabled in your browser for this site http://server9.orbund.com. Don't know how? See this solution.
- If popups are enabled, then look to see if there is a second browser window open on your computer. It may be hidden under your Student Portal window. This happens when you have tried to pay already and never closed the payment window. When you click “Submit Payment” again, the pop-up window will refresh, but may not reappear as the top window on your screen.
